About Us

Gower is a family company, owned and run by the Churchward family, who have a thirty year history in the construction industry.

The business was founded by Michael Churchward. He was subsequently joined at the head of the business by his son Nathan in 1999, who took over as Managing Director.Under Nathan, Gower pioneered the development of lightweight aluminium-cored portal frames.

This made it possible to create large-frame structures without the requirement of heavy construction techniques. These form the heart of our pool enclosures, conservatories and home extensions today.

Nathan and his father have now been joined at management level by brothers Nolan and Grant who have grown up with the company.
